Cliff House sits into the hillside located at the northern most tip of St. Lucia. This address takes full advantage of the views looking toward the neighboring island of Martinique and the wide expanse of blue where the Ocean and Sky connect to the tune of the waves colliding with the coastline and cliff below. Notably from this vantage point one can frequently enjoy bird watching, whales migrating and marine crafts.

The villa was designed in a modern and contemporary fashion with simplistic and functional decor. Completely fenced with video intercom gated access, a sweeping driveway leads to the designated carport. A tall glass door makes for the formal entry and just a few steps down into the open plan living space. This area features formal living, dining all looking out through the floor to ceiling sliding glass windows which flows onto the pool deck and infinity pool. The grounds are tiered and allow for further use of the outdoor areas.

Back inside the kitchen takes up the rear wall with stainless steel shelf ovens, lots of cabinetry and a walk in pantry. An island doubles as a cooktop and informal breakfast bar. There is sheltered outdoor dining space also overlooking the view. An ensuite guest bedroom is also featured on this floor plan and can be used also as an office.
