Xhale is a modern contemporary designed villa, stunningly furnished to embody all modern luxuries including an infinity pool, fire-pit, gym and an infinity yoga deck. Each of the villa’s four en-suite rooms is uniquely designed with private balconies that open up to magnificent ocean views.

DINING
The villa has a modern kitchen that is furnished with all the high-end equipment and appliances one would need to prepare gourmet meals. The kitchen and dining room has an open concept with sliding doors that open to a terrace and ensures you enjoy the cool island breeze and the amazing vistas of the Caribbean Sea. There is also the option of dining outdoors on the extended deck which is fully furnish with outdoor dining furniture, barbecue grill and a fire pit.

ACCOMMODATION
​Situated on just over a half acres of land, Xhale is a two-floor private villa measuring approximately 4000 sq. ft. All rooms are decorated differently to add individuality and character. The three standard rooms are outfitted with queen-sized beds, bathrooms and French doors that open up to the private balconies overlooking spectacular ocean views. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed, bathroom with a shower, and a private soaking tub that has an unobstructed view of the ocean.

LOCATION
Xhale is ideally located in Cap Estate, a pristine and high-end community at the most northern tip of the island. It is within a 5-minute drive from the St. Lucia Golf Club, and a 15-minute drive from Rodney Bay Marina, beaches, restaurants, bars, entertainment, casino, supermarkets, duty-free shopping, doctors, pharmacies and numerous sites and attractions. The Villa is 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Hewanorra International airport (UVF) and less than 30 minutes from the smaller regional airport, George Charles Airport (SLU).

WELLNESS
Xhale comes complete with a fully equipped frameless glass gym and infinity yoga deck allowing you to continue your workout routine while on your island getaway.
